If you are not satisfied with the quality of our paid courses or services, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details, and the reason for your refund request. Our team will investigate the issue and determine if a refund is appropriate. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used to purchase the course or service.
Please note that our refund policy does not apply to free courses or services. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for courses or services that have been partially or fully completed.

Discounts associated with the original purchase are non-transferable. Discounted enrollments are only directly transferable to target seminars currently priced at or above the same discount as the original purchase. Targeted seminars with a lower current discount than the original purchase will need to register at the target seminar, with a discount equivalent to the difference between the original discount, and the currently available discount. The administrative fee will also be assessed for such transfers. Discount prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to tax, as applicable.
